Full Time Loan Processor I

The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a growing financial services company that moves fast and closes deals to hire a Loan Officer. Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 base + performance bonus

Monitor the pipeline daily, spotting issues before they become fires

Serve as the go-to expert for leadership on funding timelines and pipeline health

Manage key relationships with title companies, escrow, custodians, banks, and other partners

Scale and optimize Post-Closing operations (because the work doesn’t end at funding)

5+ years of experience in real estate, mortgage, or lending operations

Deep expertise in loan products, guidelines, and regulatory requirements (you live and breathe this)

Comfortable working in Salesforce or similar loan origination systems
