Job Title:
Per Diem RN - Med/Surg (Days)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive medical-surgical care to patients and families. The RN will deliver patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and coordinate individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

Provide holistic nursing care to patients across the lifespan.

Perform nursing assessments, develop diagnoses, implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately.

Maintain professional nursing standards and promote quality patient care.

Participate in shared decision-making and continuous improvement of nursing practices.

Support patient and family education throughout the care process.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience required.

Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience in a hospital setting required (LTC experience not accepted).

Previous travel or per diem nursing experience required.

Active RN license required.

Active BLS certification required.

Must be available to work at least 1 shift per month .
