Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians (JHRP) was created to support community providers delivering health care in locations convenient to patients. Participating practices receive quality and other oversight by the Johns Hopkins Health System. We provide a framework of centralized services that physicians need to deliver the best care to patients in their own communities.

This is a receptionist position with responsibility for greeting patients, providing information, communicating with departments and performing a variety of secretarial duties. Supports daily office operations by greeting patients, providing instructions, and notifying staff of arrivals. Responsibilities include completing paperwork accurately, updating patient information, collecting co-pays, scanning documents, maintaining the waiting area, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. The role also includes chart prep, referral follow-ups, organizing daily work, collecting balances, and balancing accounts.

Minimum of high school diploma or possession of GED required.

Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a medical health setting preferred.
Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
