Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems
Perform high-quality service work with professionalism and attention to detail
Complete accurate service tickets using mobile apps or standard forms
Follow safety codes and best practices in all repairs and installations
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and professional condition
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
This position works in residential homes and may require exposure to varying weather conditions, confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and other active work environments. Technicians must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors while maintaining a professional and safety-focused attitude.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
Earn $25-$35/hr base plus performance bonuses. 2,500 Sign-On Bonus + Free Tool
