CNC Lathe Machinist
$As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will set up and operate vertical lathe machines to perform tasks such as turning, drilling, and milling. You will handle part completion operations, optimize set-up times, and maximize machine utilization.
Set up and operate CNC equipment to complete full cycles for high and low volume part production.
Utilize Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
Inspect parts with a high degree of precision and follow the in-process part inspection process.
Communicate with managers, programmers, and quality personnel to resolve quality issues.
Proficient in operating lathe machines, with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including performing setups.
Familiarity with G Code programming.
Experience with brands such as Brother, Doosan, Takumi, and Siemens is preferred but not required.

Enjoy paid breaks, including lunch, both during contract periods and after full-time hire. After 3 months and upon full-time hire, receive 5 uniforms for daily wear, color-coordinated with the team to foster a huge team environment. Work in a non-CC manufacturing environment with a focus on teamwork and precision. Dress code includes uniforms provided by the company, and safety equipment such as steel-toed shoes.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
