Full Time Inventory Cycle Counter

The Tactical Recon & Strike team at Anduril develops aerial small drones (Group 1-3) and all equipment to test, deploy and operate. We work in close coordination with specialist teams to solve some of the hardest problems facing our customers. We are looking for software engineers, hardware engineers, roboticists, and front-end mobile developers who are excited about creating a powerful robotics platform that can be tasked and viewed in real-time through a variety of interfaces.

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels to support production schedules while minimizing the costs of scrap, excess and obsolescence. This role will oversee the health of inventory in materials, quality or production. The candidate will analyze usage trends, lead cycle counting programs, monitor variances and resolve discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions with our ERP and WMS systems

Monitor shelf‑life sensitive materials and ensure compliance with safety and quality storage regulations via the AS9100 Quality Management System

Generate KPI reports and visual dashboards to track inventory health, aging stock, and transaction records

Collaborate with other manufacturing stakeholders to support operational continuity and efficient forecasting and planning

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Typically 3–5+ years in inventory control within an aerospace or high‑tech manufacturing environment

Proficiency in Oracle and Odoo (highly preferred), advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs), and potentially SQL for data mining

Managing parts with unique serial numbers or traceability requirements where a single error can halt production

Identifying inefficiencies in material flow and driving Lean or Six Sigma initiatives to improve them
