Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to emergency department patients across a variety of acuity levels
Perform rapid assessments, stabilization, and timely interventions in the ER
Collaborate with physicians, EMTs, paramedics, and nursing teammates to ensure efficient patient flow
Respond effectively to changing patient conditions in a busy Emergency Department environment
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices for quality patient care
