Therapy Care Pharmacist

JobRx, Inc.

Ochsner Health is seeking a pharmacist to ensure safe, effective medication therapy in a multidisciplinary care setting. The role emphasizes evaluating orders, preparing and dispensing medications, and providing education to patients as part of value-based care.

Required is a Pharmacy degree with licensure; Pharm.D. preferred. The position requires proficiency with pharmacy software and strong communication within a collaborative team environment.
