Flexible Attorney-at-Law

We are a growing, well-respected mid-size law firm seeking talented litigation attorneys to join our expanding offices in Sacramento and Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity to work on defense matters, gain meaningful experience, and build your practice in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate is admitted to practice in California and has experience managing all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals. Candidates should be proficient in all aspects of the discovery process and have demonstrated experience in drafting a wide range of motions. We are looking for attorneys who are strong advocates, thoughtful problem-solvers, and effective communicators with excellent analytical, writing, organizational, and time-management skills.

Attorneys with fewer than four years of experience generally fall within our $130,000 to $150,000 base salary range. Attorneys with more than eight years of litigation experience may be eligible for a base salary ranging from $180,000 to $205,000, depending on experience, expertise, and qualifications.

In addition to competitive base compensation, associates who meet their annual billable-hour goal are eligible for both objective and subjective bonuses, as well as origination bonuses.
