Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

We are seeking to fill a full‑time Operations Manager position to oversee the day‑to‑day activities of the Foundation and provide administrative, financial, and grantmaking support. This individual should enjoy working on a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously and be excited to further operationalize the systems of the Foundation.
The Operations Manager will report to the Executive Director, working as a part of a small team of two. They will proactively manage their own workload, priorities, and professional growth, while also knowing when to seek guidance. The ideal candidate understands that every piece of the work they do, from entering data to conducting more long‑term research projects, is key to achieving our mission. They will serve as an integral member of this small team to help facilitate and build a unique philanthropic model where both the corporate and nonprofit sides of Butterfly, along with a diverse set of community stakeholders, work together to amplify our community impact. Their work should also embody the values of the Foundation: collaboration, humility, curiosity, patience, and joy.
