• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Three weekends out of every six-week schedule. Every other holiday.
• Scrub Colors: Navy blue scrubs - No competing health systems or agency logos
• 3 call-ins can result in termination *

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree or Certificate

HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS: Every other holiday.

SHIFT NOTES: 12 hr Days

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Patient Population: Post procedure cardiac (cath/stents/interventions, pacers, ICD, ablation), Identify/care of STEMI/NSTEMI, Carotid endarterectomy, Sepsis, Neuro (CVAs, seizures, possible TBI), DKA.

Unit Information: 19 beds, blended unit (8 designated Stepdown bed, 11 MS/T)

Ratio: Days 1:5-6; CN will take patients. Stepdown RNs will take MS/T patients.

Unit Strengths: The manager opening this unit has been with Deaconess over 20+ years and had the lowest turnover in the organization for 2024.
