Welcome all customers and set expectations

Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, and ensure finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs

Accurate and thorough use of technology despite time pressure and customer volume, exceptional product knowledge, use of appropriate tools

Proactive, explores root cause of issues, forward thinking, ensures customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded, solution driven

Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies

Take pride in store appearance and help keep store clean, attractive and organized

Adhere to company policies, including discounts, promotions and inventory management

High school graduate or equivalent

Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder

Knowledge of current store merchandise

Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators

Previous customer service and retail experience

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
