RN - Emergency Room - Day Shift

Emergency Department RN - 12 Hour Day Shifts Schedule This is a 13-week contract position requiring 2 shifts per week, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Job Description Join our team as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse at a Level 2 Trauma Center and designated Stroke Center. Facilitate critical care in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality care to patients presenting with various emergencies, including trauma, stroke, and sepsis.
Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
Support a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Emergency Medicine Board Certified Physicians.
Administer medications and manage patient assessments.
Participate in orientation and training programs as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current NY State Registered Nurse License.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required; TNCC and PALS are preferred.
COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory; exemption requests will not be accepted.
