Cardiovascular Surgical ICU Registered Nurse (CSICU) | Up to $55/hr + Sign-On Bonus
Compensation: $30.00-$55.00 per hour based on experience and clinical level
Sign-On Bonus: Choose between:

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (4-year commitment)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 available for qualified candidates

A nationally recognized healthcare organization is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Cardiovascular Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) . This specialized unit provides care for critically ill patients recovering from cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries, ECMO therapy, and other advanced cardiovascular interventions.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to transition into a cardiovascular ICU environment. Candidates with strong Telemetry, Progressive Care (PCU), or Stepdown experience are encouraged to apply, even if they do not have prior ICU experience.
Provide comprehensive care for critically ill cardiovascular and surgical patients
Administer medications, drips, and advanced therapies as ordered
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality initiatives
Active RN license
Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry, PCU, Stepdown, or related acute care experience required
ICU experience preferred but not required
No new graduates at this time
