Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
Assess patients' condition and perform accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
Educate patients and families regarding care procedures and discharge instructions
Respond swiftly to emergency situations, providing lifesaving interventions
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
What You Need
Required:
Active Louisiana RN license
Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
Current BLS from the American Heart Association
CPI Certification
ACLS certification
PALS certification
Preferred:
Additional clinical specialty certifications
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
