Fully Remote Project Architect
Elite Sourcing LLC
Our client is looking for a Project Architect with 4+ years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Financial or Retail Industries with experience in Revit. We are also looking for someone with extensive experience in producing Construction Drawings, and a proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects from concept to completion.
This is an onsite role 4 days and 1 day remote.
Assist in managing architectural projects throughout all phases, from conceptual design to construction administration
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Help Coordinate with internal team members, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals and objectives are met
Produce high-quality construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit and other relevant software
Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project progress
Review and coordinate consultant drawings and specifications for consistency with architectural documents
Stay current with industry trends, building technologies, and sustainable design practices
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 4+ years of professional experience in architectural design in retail, financial or medical industries
- Proficiency in Revit, with a strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows
