Currently, we are seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a strong English level to join our team and support the continued evolution of a logistics technology platform focused on freight intelligence, pricing workflows, carrier visibility, reporting, and AI-driven product capabilities.

We are seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to support the development and execution of high-quality marketing and communication assets across primarily digital and select print channels. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to translate approved campaign concepts, brand standards, templates, wireframes, and creative instructions into polished visual deliverables. You will support a variety of marketing initiatives, with a stronger focus on digital assets such as digital advertising, social media creative, email graphics, and web banners.

Design and produce high-quality marketing and communication assets across primarily digital and select print channels.

Create digital assets including digital advertisements, social media creative, email graphics, web banners, and other campaign-related materials.

Support the development of print materials as required by marketing and creative initiatives.

Execute approved campaign concepts using provided templates, campaign assets, wireframes, checklists, and creative instructions.

Apply established brand guidelines and visual standards consistently across different formats and channels.

Adapt visual concepts and campaign assets into multiple sizes, formats, and placements while maintaining brand consistency.

Apply strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color usage, and composition principles to design deliverables.

Create polished mockups and visual presentations to communicate design concepts internally.

Develop simple animated design elements, including basic transitions and text effects for digital and social advertising.

Maintain organized design files and reusable templates to support team efficiency.

Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional partners, including marketing, copywriting, and digital teams.

Participate in creative reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback and established requirements.

3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in branding, marketing, creative production, or a related design environment.

Strong professional experience designing digital marketing assets, with additional experience working on print materials.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Proficiency with Figma and experience using it as part of the design workflow.

Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, layout systems, color usage, and composition.

Experience working within established brand guidelines and visual standards.

Ability to follow creative direction, templates, wireframes, checklists, and detailed design requirements.

Ability to adapt approved visual concepts across multiple digital and print formats while maintaining brand consistency.

Experience creating high-quality mockups and visual presentations.

A professional design portfolio is required and should demonstrate a variety of digital and print work.

Portfolio examples should demonstrate clean, modern design, strong visual fundamentals, and experience across different design formats.

Basic animation or motion design experience, particularly simple transitions and text effects for digital or social advertising.

Experience working in a brand-driven environment, creative agency, or in-house marketing team.

Experience supporting the development or evolution of brand standards, templates, or visual frameworks.

Experience designing social advertisements, display advertisements, or other digital advertising assets.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality design work.

Ability to listen carefully, understand instructions, and translate requirements into clear visual deliverables.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.

Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple design requests and assets.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand and design quality.
