Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative at Pure Barre Newport News, you'll be on the front lines of our growing fitness community. Your mission is to drive membership sales , create lasting connections with potential clients, and deliver exceptional customer service . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-first, goal-driven environment and wants to make fitness fun and accessible for all.
Drive new membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, and conversion
Maintain a consistent level of personal sales production
Promote the studio as a hub for health, wellness, and community
Educate members on classes, retail products, and membership options
Schedule and manage high-quality sales appointments
Represent Pure Barre at local events (grand openings, health fairs, races, etc.)
Continuously develop your sales and customer service skills
Contribute to social media content (e.g., Assist with studio cleaning and retail upkeep in accordance with health protocols
Participate in training and team development sessions
Proven sales, communication, and customer service skills
A friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others
Highly goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
Tech-savvy and quick to learn ClubReady or similar CRM systems
Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
Competitive hourly base pay plus commission on membership sales
