Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense - URGENT need

Job Description We are pleased to announce we are looking for a Workers' Compensation defense attorney with 1+ years of experience, who is hard-working, self-starter eager to grow with our boutique bay area firm. The qualities we are looking for include a positive attitude, adaptability, and excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues, and staff. We offer flex hours, the option to work hybrid or in person in our San Rafael office. We have gold star clients from F500 companies, TPAs, and Insurance Carriers.
We will consider appicants with civil litigation, PI, applicant side comp, or similar experience and provide training for the right candidate.
We are a paperless office with user-friendly technology set up for the future of legal practice. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU PASSED CA STATE BAR AND LIVE IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.

Advise clients on business and legal transactions
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Familiarity with various legal documents
