Manufacturing Engineer Needed For Leading Global Manufacturer This Jobot Job is hosted by: Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year A bit about us: My client is a global manufacturing company who is growing! They are looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to their team who is responsible for supporting and improving products and production processes. Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems and processes, focusing on enhancing productivity and reducing costs. Creating and analyzing layouts of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to maximize efficiency. Utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD to design, model, and test product designs and manufacturing processes. Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for product and process-related concerns. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products. Coordinating with other departments such as Quality, Production, and R&D to implement new strategies and processes. Providing training and guidance to manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Extensive knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes. A proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
