We are a well-established private practice in search of a committed Family Medicine Physician to enhance our expanding team. Our organization prioritizes patient care, enjoys high staff retention, and fosters a collaborative work environment. With our designation as a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) and strong community partnerships, this position presents a unique chance to qualify for up to $200,000 in student loan forgiveness!
Schedule: Full-Time (32-36 hours dedicated to patient care plus 4-8 hours allocated for administrative tasks). You will have the autonomy to establish your own hours within our staggered clinic timetable.
Optional Saturday morning shifts are available for additional compensation. The phone-only call rotation is minimal, averaging just 1-2 calls weekly due to our dedicated triage lines.
Supportive Environment: Our providers benefit from a 2:1 ratio of Medical Assistants to LPNs, along with a specialist for prior authorizations. We also utilize Suki AI dictation software to significantly reduce your documentation time.
Outpatient clinic situated in Martinsville, VA.
Comprehensive Care: Deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients across all age groups, from newborns to seniors. We take pride in our excellent patient access, regularly accommodating same-day appointments and serving as a reliable urgent care alternative.

• Manage a busy caseload of 24-26 patients daily, focusing on quality care. Our practice performs a high volume of in-office procedures, including incision and drainage, suturing, skin lesion removals, biopsies, and joint injections.
• Specialty Interests: We encourage applications from providers interested in Sports Medicine or Women's Health (such as well-woman visits, IUD/Nexplanon insertions, and basic prenatal care), as there is a significant community demand for these services.
• Modern Facilities: Work in a fully equipped clinic that includes on-site X-ray services, as well as in-house ultrasound and vascular studies available twice weekly.
• Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this position is between $240,000 and $260,000, exclusive of bonuses or additional benefits. Bonus potential based on a lucrative structure tied to total collections.
• Eligibility for up to $200,000 in Student Loan Forgiveness through the Harvest Foundation "Pass Go" program for residents of Henry County.
• Paid Time Off: 3 weeks of vacation plus 8 paid holidays.
• CME and License Reimbursement: $1,500 allowance plus an additional week of PTO.
