As a Craig RN, you’ll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and families to ensure holistic, individualized patient care. Shift: Varies; will be determined based on the hospital's needs and candidate's preference.

Compensation: $36.93/ hour — $53.18/ hour plus Shift Differentials as applicable
Current Colorado RN license required

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred

Experience in neuroscience, acute med-surg, or rehabilitation strongly desired

Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and trauma-informed care

Comfortable using EMRs and basic computer systems

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care aligned with Craig’s standards and the ANA Code of Ethics

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Educate patients and families on care plans, goals, and long-term self-management techniques

Coordinate care with team members across disciplines, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity

Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Apply principles of infection prevention and patient safety to every interaction

Supervise and delegate to unlicensed staff and students as appropriate

Actively participate in Shared Governance, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities

Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and team-oriented unit culture
