Your Role As a Lead Caregiver, you will:
Provide high‑quality, one‑on‑one client care as needed
Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
Help onboard, train, and support new caregivers
Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
Answer calls and assist with day‑to‑day office coordination
Help maintain quality and consistency of client care
Assist with urgent or last‑minute coverage when needed
Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and strong communication
What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of caregiving experience preferred , including experience as a Lead Caregiver, Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant/Aide, HHA, or PCA
Must be at least 18 years old
Demonstrated leadership ability
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to balance field and office responsibilities
Flexible availability, including on‑call, nights, and weekends
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to meet applicable background check requirements
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Bilingual skills are a plus
