Training Facilitator I-Healthcare

The position can work out of our corporate office in Vancouver, WA, Salem, OR, Las Vegas, NV or Phoenix AZ.
The Training Specialist, in partnership with the HR Director, will identify and monitor training needs in the organization. Training Specialists will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs to fulfill those needs.
Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions. Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
Identifies opportunities in performance, culture, or process that training could improve.
Reviews existing training programs; Designs, develops, and updates training materials and job aids using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other applicable software to support effective learning and standardization across the organization.
Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Company’s Practice Management Software (Denticon). Provide training and best practices to users for efficient use.
Serve as the SME for the field dental practice operational processes. Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for team members.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of new training vendors, as needed.
Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
A High School Diploma or GED is required
An Associate’s Degree in a related field and/or HR certification are preferred
At least three (3) years of training experience, preferably in a multi-site, cross functional business unit
