Base pay range : $30.00/hr - $34.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Design and integrate hydraulic components and routing for large mining trucks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hydraulics, engine installation, cooling, electrical, manufacturing, and suppliers)
Support new product introduction, issue resolution, and cost-conscious engineering
Coordinate with international teams (India and Decatur) and attend occasional site/factory visits
Required Skills:
Mechanical design and integration of components (preferably hydraulic systems)
Issue resolution and analytical problem-solving
3D routing of hoses/tubes and understanding of manufacturing & cost considerations
Preferred Skills:
Python programming
Manufacturing or shop‑floor systems experience (not mandatory)
Familiarity with agile software practices
