Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team in Rocklin, CA. This full‑time role involves providing hands‑on patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state regulations. The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving patient mobility and overall well‑being while maintaining a collaborative and professional work environment. Relocation is available; visa support may be possible for candidates currently located in the U.S. or U.S. territories. Salary: $28 - $33/hr. Bonus: Negotiable.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing prescribed treatment plans to support patient recovery.

Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies.

Prepare treatment areas and equipment while following safety guidelines.

Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.

Communicate effectively with therapists, patients, and healthcare staff.

Attend facility meetings and ongoing professional development courses.

Ensure adherence to OSHA, Medicare, and other healthcare standards.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or an equivalent international program.

Licensure: Active and valid state PTA license or certification.

Skills:

Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Basic medical terminology knowledge for documentation.
