We are looking for dedicated, skilled, and flexible healthcare professionals to join our Pediatrics team on a PRN basis at our Mt. We are seeking PRN Medical Assistants (MAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our medical team in delivering top-tier patient care in a fast-paced outpatient environment. These roles will involve direct patient interaction, assisting with procedures, and collaborating with our clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and quality care.

Medical Assistant:

Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient concerns.

Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use.

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Provide support for front office operations as needed.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Collect and record vital signs, medical histories, and current symptoms

Monitor inventory of clinical supplies and maintain stocked exam rooms

Follow all infection control, safety, and OSHA/EOC guidelines

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide patient education, care instructions, and medication teaching

Document care accurately and completely in the EHR

Communicate with patients through phone and patient portal

Manage chronic disease follow-up and care plan coordination

Collaborate with care teams on clinical initiatives and quality metrics

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures

Qualifications For Medical Assistants (MAs)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• 1 year of experience, preferable in Pediatrics

For Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Current LPN license in the state of Tennessee
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• 1 year of experience, preferable in Pediatrics

For Registered Nurses (RNs)

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 1 year of experience, preferable in Pediatrics

Compassionate patient care and a team-oriented attitude.

Schedule : 1 shift per week or 4 shifts per month; 1 Saturday per month and 1 holiday per year

Clinic-based with occasional exposure to medical equipment and procedures.
