The Practice
Established small animal hospital with a loyal and long-standing client base
Dogs and cats only
Modern equipment including digital radiography, digital dental radiography, therapy laser and comprehensive in-house IDEXX laboratory
Excellent 2:1 technician-to-doctor support ratio
Highly experienced veterinary team with over 20 years of clinical experience
Collaborative culture with long-tenured support staff and strong leadership
Strong emphasis on quality medicine, client relationships and teamwork
The Role
Associate Veterinarian position with the opportunity to progress into a Chief of Staff role for those interested in leadership.
Responsibilities include:
Wellness and preventative medicine
Medical consultations and diagnostics
Internal medicine
Client education and preventative healthcare
Collaborative case management
Soft tissue surgery and dentistry available but not required
Leadership development opportunities for interested candidates

Requirements
DVM / VMD (or equivalent)
Eligible to work in the US
Passion for high-quality small animal medicine
Strong communication and teamwork skills
DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
NAVLE certification
ECFVG or PAVE (if graduated from a non‑AVMA accredited program)
DEA, State, and USDA licences (or ability to obtain upon hire)
