Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Location: Houston, Texas
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 Night Shift
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in providing high-quality care to women during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to laboring women and their families.
Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout the labor process.
Perform nursing procedures related to labor and delivery, including Vaginal Deliveries and Cesarean Sections.
Conduct antepartum care/testing and continuous electronic fetal monitoring.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatal care providers.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Active RN license in Texas.
Certification in AWHONN Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring.
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
Preferred experience with OR Circulation for Cesarean Sections and placement of FSE and IUPC.
