We're seeking an experienced Senior Client Advisor to manage and grow employee benefits client relationships while delivering outstanding service and strategic guidance.
Oversee medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
- Lead renewals, enrollments, plan changes, and benefit administration
- Resolve complex billing, eligibility, and claims issues
- Negotiate with carriers and support client retention efforts
- 5+ years of employee benefits, group insurance, or account management experience
- Strong communication, client service, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
