Meet with internal teams to strategize client optimizations and cost-effective solutions.

Engage as a subject matter expert to enhance ATS's offerings alignment with client demands.

Your Key Measurements:

Achieving revenue growth through timely contract renewals.

Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contract profitability.

Ensuring effective quota attainment and expanding pipeline opportunities.

Your Profile:

With a Bachelor's Degree and significant experience in developing business strategies, you're prepared to engage senior executives, handle complex sales, and drive significant innovations while advising and negotiating contracts.

Your Expertise Should Include:

Manufacturing experience and robust financial acumen.

Strategic thinking and effective communication skills.

Adeptness in public speaking, negotiation, and team dynamics.

Environment and Physical Demands:

Prepare for a fast-paced factory setting, involving some lifting, close and color vision tasks, and occasional exposure to weather or electrical risks. Experience with equipment sales or counters in a manufacturing environment will serve you well.
