Responsibilities Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Negotiate pricing and financing options to help customers make informed decisions
Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Conduct follow-up communications with customers after sales
Participate in training and professional development opportunities offered by the dealership
Qualifications Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is highly desirable
Familiarity with automotive industry trends and products is a plus
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs
