**Travel to Office expectations**

this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.

this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. The Senior Product Manager (SNF Administration) is responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of PointClickCare’s Skilled Nursing Facility Administration product suite, including Admissions, Utilization Management, Census, and Discharge workflows.

This role leads cross-functional product delivery across clinical, operational, and financial domains, with a focus on improving administrative efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer outcomes. The role also helps shape and deliver AI-enabled capabilities that support automation, decision support, and insights in a regulated healthcare environment.

Identify and prioritize opportunities aligned to customer needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes

• AI and Data-Enabled Capabilities
• Identify use cases where AI, automation, and analytics can improve administrative workflows, accuracy, and decision-making
• Partner with engineering, data, and platform teams to deliver responsible AI-enabled features
• Customer and Market Understanding
• Serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding SNF administrative workflows and payer requirements
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product decisions
• Validate product hypotheses through customer engagement and data analysis
• Define product requirements, epics, and user stories in collaboration with engineering and UX teams
• Manage trade-offs across scope, quality, timing, and risk
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data and Analytics, GTM, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams
• Influence decisions without direct authority through data and customer insight
• Partner with Analytics teams to measure outcomes beyond UI engagement, including efficiency, accuracy, and financial impact
• Experience delivering products that leverage data, analytics, automation, or AI
• Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to enterprise software and operational workflows
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, Engineering (Preferred, not required)
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability, including interop standards such as HL7
• Experience partnering with data science or platform teams in regulated environments
• Level Expectations with other Sr Product Managers
• Independently owns a significant product area with minimal supervision

$The US base salary range for this position is $145,000 -$160,000 + 12.5% bonus and Full-time benefits.
