Seeking a part-time Valet Attendant to join our team at Hyatt Centric Alexandria!

About the Role: As a Valet Attendant you will be a crucial asset to our charismatic team ensuring prompt, safe and secure transportation for our guests and their belongings to and from predetermined locations.

Full-time positions are benefits eligible including time off, travel discounts, medical and other insurance options are also available. Travel Discounts- With multiple brands and thousands of locations around the world, team are eligible for special travel discounts and sometimes even F&B discounts! In this role you will maintain knowledge of the hotel facilities and the surrounding neighborhood in order to answer guest questions and make local recommendations for places of interest. Handle all guest complaints, questions or requests efficiently and satisfactorily. Ensure the van(s) are clean, in good condition and have adequate gasoline at all times. Prior experience in a hotel brand environment or similar transportation role is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment! Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a clean driving record and a valid, current and non-probationary driver's license from the state in which the property is located. Have sound judgment and discretionary skills and be able to work with little supervision. Speak, read, write and understand English. Schedule flexibility including weekends, and holidays. Bilingual is a plus.
