We are seeking dependable and adaptable Material Handler to join our weekend shift team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple warehouse departments, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling operations. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate flexibility, and contribute to maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing organization that values employee development and internal advancement.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick sheets and order fulfillment procedures.
Utilize RF scanners to track inventory, process orders, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Break down boxes and prepare materials for storage or distribution.
Safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment throughout the warehouse.
Operate powered industrial equipment, including:
Reach Trucks
Stand-Up Forklifts
Sit-Down Forklifts
Load and unload materials, products, and shipments efficiently.
Support various warehouse departments based on operational needs.
Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and productivity expectations.
Previous warehouse experience.
Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, standing, walking, and material handling.
1+ year of forklift operating experience.

• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse technology.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
