Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory testscovering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunologywhile adhering to established protocols.
Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Aid in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new hires or students, and maintain high-quality standards within the lab.
Promote a safe and clean workspace while adhering to all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
