Marblehead Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The BCBA will provide behavioral support services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), emotional and behavioral challenges, and other disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven decision-making, functional behavior assessments, and the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Train and coach school staff in the implementation of behavior strategies and data collection procedures.

Collaborate with special education teams, school psychologists, counselors, and families to support student success.

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school or clinical setting with students with autism and/or emotional and behavioral disorders.

Demonstrated expertise in data collection and analysis to inform behavioral programming.

Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
