Rehab Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation services to patients recovering from major illness or injury. In this role, you will complete comprehensive evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver focused interventions to improve functional independence, ADLs, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in the EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to a culture grounded in clinical excellence, compassion, and continuous professional growth.
