Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR
Min 10 yrs of HR - ER & LOA
Senior or Professional in Human Resources (SPHR/PHR) certification +
Multi-state HR experience
Able to travel up to 20%
Able to operate at c-suite level
Responsibilities:
Will be mentoring/guiding HR professionals
Could have to step in to lead the team
Lead/drive/navigate, mentor and lead and develop relationships with clients and internal partners.
Operate as peers to drive to the best strategy. Be that thought leader
