Speech/Language Therapists - Full and Part-time

Onward Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company connecting educators, therapists, and school health professionals with top school districts nationwide. We’re partnering with a school district in Washtenaw County, Michigan to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year .

In this role, the SLP will provide direct services to students requiring compensatory support, addressing communication needs that impact educational success. You’ll work closely with district teams, educators, and families to deliver high-quality services and ensure compliance with IEP requirements across multiple school sites.

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

School Year: 2026-2027

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students receiving compensatory services.

Conduct assessments and review existing evaluation data to determine service needs.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license through MiPLUS (required).

Experience providing school-based speech services preferred.
