Customer Service / Dispatcher - HVAC & Plumbing

As a trusted leader in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services, we’re known for exceptional craftsmanship and customer care. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently scheduling and dispatching qualified technicians to service requests. This is an in-office position in Roswell, not a remote position. Receive and prioritize customer service requests for various home services
Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updates
Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and customer interactions
Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement to their management
Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Must reside within 30 miles of our Roswell office
2 years of experience working on a PC and Business Phone handling Basic admin duties/reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software, bonus points if you have Service Titan Experience!
Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations
