Competitive Pay: $45.33 per hour

Schedule: Per Diem| Days, nights, or overnight shifts available with one weekend a month and one major holiday required

Monitor resident health and wellness through assessments, observation, and timely follow-up

Supervise and support Resident Care Assistants to ensure quality care and service delivery

Assist the Director of Resident Life (DRL) with coordinating resident care and support services

Complete assessments, reassessments, and individualized service plans in collaboration with residents, families, and care team members

Coordinate resident transitions, appointments, transportation, referrals, and related documentation

Oversee medication management, wellness services, and compliance with state regulations and community standards

Assess, document, and follow up on resident incidents, accidents, and changes in condition

Partner with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote resident well-being, safety, and quality of life

1+ years of nursing experience preferred
