Podcast Producer - Remote

Seeking an experienced Podcast Producer, the remote contract position will manage the execution and packaging of episodes for the Smart Money and Smart Travel podcasts, ensuring timely delivery of show notes, thumbnails, and performance reports.
Key responsibilities
Write and route show notes for podcast episodes on a consistent publish schedule
Create detailed YouTube thumbnail briefs and coordinate with designers for timely delivery
Pull and maintain weekly performance data from various platforms, delivering concise executive summaries
Required qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on podcast and/or YouTube production experience
Experience producing and packaging podcast content for YouTube channels
Familiarity with podcast hosting and analytics platforms such as Megaphone and YouTube Studio
Experience with SEO and keyword tools for podcasts and YouTube
Ability to manage recurring publishing schedules in a deadline-driven environment
