This is a full-time on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL, for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, conducting due diligence for real estate transactions, providing legal support for real estate development projects, and advising stakeholders on applicable real estate laws and regulations. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams and external parties to ensure compliance and successful project execution.

Expertise in Law and understanding of real estate-related legal frameworks
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Leases
Experience in performing Due Diligence for property acquisitions and other real estate transactions
Experience in litigation
Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities relevant to legal and real estate matters
Prior experience in the commercial real estate sector is highly preferred
