Server, Hostess, Host and Bartender

Job Title
This position is responsible for providing guests with a positive experience and maintaining Downtown Grand's brand standards as set by the Restaurant Manager.
Position Responsibilities/Duties
Maintain and promote hospitality at all times
Welcome guests efficiently and courteously
Receive food and beverage orders from guests accurately and efficiently.
Assist guests with their selections by making suggestions.
Have and maintain knowledge of all menu items including specials.
Accurately enter items into POS system
Work in conjunction with the bussers, bartenders, host staff and kitchen.
Completes side work as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience working in a kitchen; preferably in a hospitality environment.
Experience working in a fast paced setting.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to understand and take direction.
Ability to obtain a Southern Nevada Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Must be able to multi task
Ability to use a multi-line phone and speak articulately
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds at times.
Ability to work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke.
Follow all safety procedures as established by the company.
