Registered Nurse- Emergency Care Nights

Role Overview
The staff nurse delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. A key responsibility is maintaining practice standards and coordinating patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.

No prior experience required; new graduates are eligible.

Hospital experience is preferred, with 1 year in a hospital setting favored for PRN roles.

Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate licensure (NLC/eNLC).

BCLS certification is mandatory.

Advanced certification in a specialty field is a plus, if applicable.

Key Duties
Provide patient-centered nursing care, ensure adherence to standards, and oversee care coordination to promote optimal patient outcomes.
