Registered Nurse (RN) - Med-Surg
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med-Surg team for the night shift. This position offers a dynamic and supportive work environment focused on patient care and outcomes.
Provide comprehensive care to patients in a Med-Surg unit with a focus on geriatric and adult populations.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including EKG/Cardiac Monitoring and respiratory support.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Float to different units as required, providing support wherever needed.
Unit Information

• 16 private rooms available for patient care.
• Patient-to-nurse ratio is typically 1:4, with accommodations for higher acuity patients.
• Utilization of Paragon (McKesson) for electronic health records.

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS (training in rhythm interpretation also acceptable).
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Must Have Skills: EKG/Cardiac Monitoring, Medication titration, and Respiratory assessment.
Common Diagnoses: ETOH detox, Cardiac issues, DKA/HHS, GI disorders, and Post PCI recovery.
