Dealership Valet

Join a Luxury Brand. Meade Lexus of Southfield is a premier Lexus dealership committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. We are currently seeking a Vehicle Valet/Porter who takes pride in attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working around luxury vehicles and understands the importance of customer service. As a Porter/Valet, you play a critical role in maintaining the appearance, flow, and efficiency of our dealership while supporting our service team.
Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
Assist with vehicle delivery preparation and staging
Shuttle customers locally when required
Follow all safety procedures and brand standards
Adhere to all customer service processes
Gas vehicles as needed
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
