Temporary Real Estate Paralegal- Remote

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our real estate development firm.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in real estate development, zoning, land use, and real estate law to contribute to our team. Prepare and organize legal documents, such as letters of intent, purchase/sale agreements, leases, easements, and title documents.
Review legal documents and ensure they agreed to signed term sheets / letters of intent such as third party prepared purchase/sale agreements, loan documents, etc.
Support and lead transaction closings including but not limited to land acquisitions, construction loans and refinances for company development projects.
Will serve as liaison for the Company and facilitate the closing with legal, title, lenders, and other third parties.
Assist with real estate development projects, including due diligence and contract review.
Support the team with land use and zoning applications, including drafting petitions.
Conduct title and survey review, preparing summaries and identifying issues that may need resolution.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Paralegal certificate from an accredited program (preferred).
5 years+ experience with real estate transactions (required).
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and land development processes.
Proficient in research, document drafting, and reviewing contracts and agreements.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage multiple projects
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
