Project Manager MA&D MA&D - Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures Qualifications Project Management Expertise: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure or IT environments.
Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional ability to foster collaboration, de-escalate tension, and maintain a professional yet positive work environment.
Composure and Resilience: Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure, maintaining a solution-oriented focus at all times.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with infrastructure systems, data flows, and IT service delivery in MA&D contexts is highly desirable.
Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse audiences and convey complex information clearly.
Skills Drive Dynamic Workflows: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple, competing requests in a fast-moving MA&D environment.
Maintain Composure Under Pressure: Navigate high-stress scenarios with calm professionalism, ensuring clear communication and focused problem-solving.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including those in challenging or high-pressure interactions.

Additional Comments Must be strong with Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures, project management methodology, communications with associates at all levels, and understanding of infrastructure and engineering. Candidates with ServiceNow experience with the PPM module are preferred and will be considered first. Successful candidates can demonstrate immediate drive to action and follow-up.
